El Oso se despierta con la llegada de la primavera. Mientras corre por el bosque, se topa con una hermosa Osa. Muy pronto, se enamora.
Recoge algunas flores y chocolates y corre hacia ella, con la esperanza de invitarla a salir en una cita. Y por supuesto, Masha estropea todos sus planes. El Oso hace lo imposible por deshacerse de la niña que perturba su idilio. La Osa por fin le presta atención al Oso y exige una explicación. El Oso trata de explicar pero se enfrenta a un dilema: Masha o la Osa. El Oso no logra decidirse sin dudar y la Osa se va con otro oso.
