Lyrics:
VERSE 1
This room is so suffocating
Walking on ice but nobody breaks it
Stuck in this one way conversation
Guess I’ll be here for awhile
(Uhh)
You’re blowing smoke in my face and
Telling me all about your paychecks
Take a shot with a fake smile to chase it
Guess I’ll take another round
(Uhh)
PRE
Everybody in this party’s fucking fake
I really wish that I could say it to your face
But I won’t so
CHORUS
Hello it’s so good to see you
We met before but nice to meet you
Yeah I don’t really wanna be here like ahhh
What’s my name do you remember
I’m pretty sure you have my number
But let’s pretend we like each other like ahhh
VERSE 2
Blah blah blah
I’m so bored
Love your shoes
Tell me more
On and on about yourself
Can’t you bother somebody else
Raise a glass if you’re like me
Getting trashed cause you can’t leave
Guess we’re in this together
Makes my head hurt
PRE 2
Everybody in this party’s fucking fake
And so am I
But I just got here so I gotta show face
CHORUS
Hello it’s so good to see you
We met before but nice to meet you
Yeah I don’t really wanna be here like ahhh
What’s my name do you remember
I’m pretty sure you have my number
But let’s pretend we like each other like ahhh
POST

I didnt want to be the one to forget
I thought of everything Id never regret
A little time with you is all that I get
Thats all we need because its all we can take
One thing I never see the same when your round
I dont believe in him-his lips on the ground
I wanna take you to that place in the "«Roche»"
But no one gives us any time anymore
He ask me once if Id look in on his dog
You made an offer for it, then you ran off
I got this picture of us kids in my head
And all I hear is the last thing that you said"
Pink Floyd performing at the ancient Roman amphitheatre in Pompeii, Italy
he main footage in and around the amphitheatre was filmed over four days in October 1971, using the bands regular touring equipment, including studio-quality 24-track tape recorders. Additional footage filmed in a Paris television studio the following December was added for the original 1972 release. The film was then re-released in 1974
he film has subsequently been released on video numerous times, and in 2003 a «Directors Cut» DVD appeared which combines the original footage from 1971 with more contemporary shots of space and the area around Pompeii

Lyrics
Words like violence
Break the silence
Come crashing in
Into my little world
Painful to me
Pierce right through me
Cant you understand
Oh my little girl
All I ever wanted
All I ever needed
Is here in my arms
Words are very unnecessary
They can only do harm
Vows are spoken
To be broken
Feelings are intense
Words are trivial
Pleasures remain
So does the pain
Words are meaningless
And forgettable
All I ever wanted
All I ever needed
Is here in my arms
Words are very unnecessary
They can only do harm
